Yes we would like for our clients to book an appointment in advance especially during this pandemic so we as a business can be safe along with  keeping our customers protected.

There is no need to bring any proper undergarments or shoes based upon arrival due to the dresses not being true to size because they are not altered to your body type in addition these are floor sample gowns that have been worn out and aren’t at their fullest potential but if a bride feels more comfortable having undergarments on they are more than welcome to bring them in.

Due to COVID-19 we allow the bride to bring two other guest with her in Addition to no children allowed & of course everyone is required to wear mask.

We do not allow food or beverages such as soda or coffee or red wines due to it being messy and we have carpet that is very transparent if something were to spill on it.

You are more than welcome to bring your children we just ask if they stay seated in the consultation rooms and have someone to supervise them as our stylist does there job.

You should start searching for your dream gown 10 months prior from your wedding date because it can take 6-8 months to possibly get that gown delivered on time.

We give our brides 90 minutes to go through the whole process of a bridal appointment/ experience.

Our bridal gowns range from 1500 or higher depending on style and detail that the bride is looking for if you are looking for custom it can vary based what the bride is requesting us to do and what fabric to source custom gowns starts at 2500 and up.

Sample sales are usually done by bridal boutiques like us that carry designer gowns that are off the rack as is and are usually discounted 10-50% off.

Yes we have a seamstress such as the owner herself that does our alterations on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

A trunk show is hosted by a designer who brings in their newest collection before displaying it to the public.

Yes you are welcome to cancel your appointment  we would just like for our clients to give a courtesy call so we can have that spot open for another potential client.

If you are early please call before entering just so our staff can see if the stylist for your appointment is available within a timely manner. If running behind please don’t hesitate to call and give us an eta of when you will be arriving or if you would like to reschedule.

You can park in any parking space that belongs to the property of My Dream Dress.

We accept Cash, Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Discover & Checks.

Be open minded to trying on things outside of your comfort zone, also limit the amount of opinions the day of dress shopping most importantly choose a gown your in love with not something you like never settle.

We carry gowns in sizes 6-28 in store we can always order a higher up if needed too.) (Bridal sizes run 2 sizes smaller than ready to wear dresses but depending on designer of gown and pattern detail sizes can vary but don't worry it's just a number.

Yes you can purchase your gown the same day and we can special order it so you can have a new gown shipped to us from the manufacture.

We allow pictures of dresses once they've been purchased.
